The Lobby Chair ES 104 by Charles and Ray Eames was designed in 1960 for the lobby of the Time Life Building in New York. Its architectural influence is still evident today: clear lines, calm presence, precise proportions. Three separately upholstered elements are held by aluminum side frames, giving the chair its characteristic silhouette and noticeable seating comfort. This vintage model from Vitra is crafted in black leather, is in very good overall condition, and features a new gas spring for height adjustment.
