Product details
Ottoman hand-operated brass coffee grinder. Cylindrical, with a crank at the top. Decorated with moons and stars. The housing consists of two parts that slide together for grinding – a typical travel design. The grinder shows considerable signs of use: dark patina, scratches, dents, and visible solder and weld seams on the bottom. No longer a precise tool, but rather a characterful object. As an accent piece in a kitchen, bar, or display case, it impresses with its material, proportions, and the serene quality of its aged surfaces. A piece that speaks of use yet retains a clean, modern form.
