Product details
This vintage spice jar made of pyritized stoneware is reminiscent of the studio pottery from La Borne and the forms in the style of Baudat. The glaze rests calmly and earthily on the body: roux and khaki, interspersed with fine gray-black pyrite dots. The flat lid and the two small handles at the top give the piece an almost architectural silhouette. It works equally well as a storage container for spices or as a small object on a shelf. Unsigned and with a beautiful artisanal presence.
