Product details
This vintage spice jar made of hand-thrown stoneware looks like a small still life for the kitchen or shelf. The slightly tapered cylinder and the domed lid with a large, flat, recessed knob display a clear, artisanal design language. The glaze relies on a subtle contrast: apple green with rosy bands, with an ash glaze in light khaki on the inside. A signature is found on the bottom, currently unassigned. A fine crackle in the glaze is present, discreet and typical for the material.
