Product details

This white Limoges porcelain Vide-Poche combines the serene austerity of Art Deco with the organic lines of Art Nouveau. Two open hands form a shallow dish, modeled after an imprint of George Sand's hands. At the base, vine leaves and grapes appear, inspired by a decorative motif by Cocteau. Unsigned, listed as a model by GDA Limoges. A poetic object for keys, jewelry, or coins, which works equally well on a console or bedside table as it does in a study.
