Diese geschnitzte Holzstatuette trägt die ruhige Ausstrahlung asiatischer Volkskunst des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die stehende Figur mit gefalteten Händen wirkt gesammelt und still. Der dunkle, rötlich braune Lack unterstreicht die plastische Oberfläche und die handwerkliche Arbeit aus einem Stück Holz. Kleine Abplatzungen und sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren fügen sich stimmig in die Patina ein. Ein charaktervolles Objekt für Regal, Konsole oder Vitrine, das Präsenz zeigt, ohne sich in den Vordergrund zu drängen.
