Große balinesische Holzskulptur aus der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die Figur zeigt einen jungen Tänzer auf einem lotusförmigen Sockel, mit fein ausgearbeitetem Gewand und traditionellem Kopfschmuck. Besonders auffällig ist die ruhige Haltung im Kontrast zur detailreichen Schnitzarbeit. Das exotische Holz wirkt warm, dicht und lebendig. Als Objekt bringt die Skulptur Präsenz in ein Interieur, ohne laut zu sein. Eine charaktervolle Arbeit mit sichtbarer Handwerklichkeit und schöner Patina.
