Six chairs, model 26, by Henry Kjærnulf for Korup Stolefabrik. Danish mid-century design from the 1960s, understated and warm. Teak with a fine grain, seats upholstered in black faux leather. The balanced proportions work equally well at the dining table or in a studio. Gently patinated, with a small imperfection in the leather – honestly preserved. A signature on the underside confirms its provenance. The set creates a calm, graphic presence that brings order to a room without being obtrusive. Clear craftsmanship, durable materials.
