Product details
Silvio Coppola's Model 620 for Bernini embodies the quiet austerity of Italian mid-century design. Four chairs with compact proportions, upright backs, and softly upholstered seats. The warm, medium-brown frame supports cylindrical legs that taper slightly towards the bottom and extend beyond the backrest as round posts. The black leather seat and back, featuring a central button and fine quadrant stitching, provide a striking contrast. The chairs appear both functional and sculptural. Authentic patina, leather firm and intact. They blend seamlessly with the dining table and the surrounding architecture.

Material: Wooden frame in medium brown. Back and seat in black leather with central button and quadrant quilting.
Dimensions: 47 x 49.5 x 81.5 cm. Seat height: 49 cm. Weight: approx. 5.9 kg per chair.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate patina. Leather is firm, without tears, minor scuff marks. Wood has light surface scratches. One leg is slightly bent inwards, but stable and does not affect overall stability.
Origin: Italy, 1970s. Produced by Bernini.
Special features: Cylindrical, slightly tapered legs, extending as posts above the backrest. Compact proportions, supportive back, upholstered seat flush with the frame. A striking example of Italian mid-century design. Sold as a set.
