The Strax armchair by Hartmut Lohmeyer for Casala brings the functional tranquility of the early 1980s into the present day. A clearly defined birch frame supports a seat and backrest made of black plastic, softly upholstered in vibrant orange. The proportions are balanced, the lines clean, and the comfort is pleasant. Produced and labeled in 1982. Traces of age are visible and harmonious – small scratches on the wood and plastic. Practical for everyday use: stackable and, at only 5.85 kg, easy to move. Sold individually; multiple chairs available.
