Arne Jacobsen designed the Drop Chair in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. A chair from an era when architecture, interior design, and furniture were conceived as a single entity. For a long time, the design remained a rare hotel chair, and it was only decades later that Fritz Hansen put it back into production. This particular piece is upholstered in brown natural leather and features quiet, precise lines. It is in very good condition, with light, authentic signs of use that give the leather a natural patina.
