Arne Jacobsen's Egg Chair is a piece of modern hotel history. Designed in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel, it combines sculptural form with a sense of security. This particular piece from Fritz Hansen dates from 2021. Upholstered in Walnut Essential leather by Sørensen, on a swiveling frame made of solid aluminum. The upholstery is original from Fritz Hansen; label on the underside and in the cushion. The armchair offers a quiet, enveloping shell at a low seat height of 37 cm – ideal for a lounge or reading nook. Condition excellent, with no noticeable use. Timeless and functional.
