Arne Jacobsen's Egg Chair is a piece of modern hotel history. Designed in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel, it combines sculptural form with a sense of comfort. This Fritz Hansen example dates from 2021. Upholstered in Sørensen's Walnut Essential leather, it sits on a swivel frame made of solid aluminum. The upholstery is original Fritz Hansen; the label is located on the base and in the cushion. The chair offers a calm, enveloping seat with a low seat height of 37 cm – ideal for lounges and reading nooks. It is in excellent condition, with no visible signs of use. Timeless and functional.
