This spherical Art Deco vase plays with light. Iridescent glass allows delicate shades of mother-of-pearl, rose, and gold to shimmer across the surface, depending on the viewing angle and time of day. Three stylized Graces emerge in milky etching technique all around, softly drawn and finely integrated into the transparent volume. An object that impresses less with its size than with its material feel and the clear idea of the 1930s: decorative, yet precise.
