Product details

Four Chinese celadon porcelain rice bowls, made in the 1970s to 1980s. The glaze green appears calm and deep, the fine material is slightly translucent in the light. Reliefs of foliage and Koi carp adorn the exterior, while the interior surfaces remain deliberately smooth. As a set, they work equally well on the table or on an open shelf, where the sculptural ornamentation and subtle signs of use display a restrained patina. For collectors of Asian table culture and vintage ceramics.
