Product details
Four small coffee bowls from the Badonviller manufacture, France. Created in the post-war period, circa 1940 to 1950, with a graphic Art Deco decor in burgundy and green on white. The proportions are pleasantly calm, the pattern precise and suitable for everyday use. As a set, they work just as well on the breakfast table as they do openly on a shelf. The glaze shows the typical signs of age. Fine crazing, light patina, and small manufacturing imperfections are part of their character here.
