Product details
This liqueur bottle in the shape of the Eiffel Tower combines a bar object, collector's item, and a post-war souvenir fantasy. Made in Japan for Le Fiacre, it features a delicate frame of gold-lacquered metal with a removable glass bottle. A mechanical music box is embedded in the base, playing Swan Lake and automatically stopping when set down. The patina on the gilding and cork quietly tells its age. An unusual piece between decorative gesture and functional object.

Dimensions: approx. 13 x 13 x 42 cm
Condition: Very good condition commensurate with age. Bottle intact, music box and stopper functional. Mechanism cleaned and oiled, running may be slightly slowed. Slight signs of wear on the gilding, metal visible in places, minor signs of oxidation. Cork with slight wear. A small screw on the underside is missing.
Origin: Japan, 1950s to 1970s
