Two candlesticks from the "Afric Prêter AKWE" series by Holländer, which look more like small sculptures than accessories. Two stylized priestesses in warm beige each carry a metal plate for the candle. The mineral material is reminiscent of lava stone, matte and slightly grainy, with deliberately visible texture. Together, they create a calm, graphic silhouette and provide a clear stage for the light. Created in the 2010s, with slight traces of time that suit their character.
