Product details
A serene object with a clear Art Deco attitude: this small Madonna bust made of enameled ceramic looks like a snapshot from the 1930s to 1940s. The white ceramic has a warm cream sheen, while the halo and veil are set in gold and now gently patinated. The face is softly modeled, the eyes closed, the expression calm. "France" is engraved under the base, a trace of French artisanal production with hints of the Turin style of the period. A piece for a shelf, console, or display case.
