Drei schlanke Kerzenständer, die in ihrer Anordnung ein abstrahiertes Gesicht ergeben: Das KRÄSEN Set von IKEA, entworfen 1987 von Ehlén Johansson, zeigt die experimentelle Seite des skandinavischen Designs der späten Achtziger. Goldfarbenes Metall trifft auf massive Sockel aus Marmor, Travertin und Onyx, die drei unterschiedlichen Höhen verleihen dem Ensemble eine klar skulpturale Präsenz. Auch ohne Kerzen funktioniert das Set als eigenständiges Objekt in der Kategorie Kerzenhalter und Kerzenständer.
