This armchair by Robert Haussmann showcases the early, precise side of the Swiss designer. Designed in 1963 and first presented at Expo Lausanne in 1964, the "Stollenstuhl" appears intentionally reduced yet full of character. Solid wood with a lacquer finish meets a woven cord seat. A clear construction that works equally well at a desk or a dining table. The example offered here is well-preserved, with visible, isolated signs of wear on the wood and seat. Price is per piece.
