The S32 by Marcel Breuer is an early Bauhaus classic, designed in 1928. Steel tubing meets Vienna cane. Cool in its lines, warm to the touch. Thonet has been producing the model as S32 and S64 since 1930 and keeps the construction alive to this day. This cantilever chair comes with a light wooden frame and the typical, slightly springy seating position. The cane on the seat and back shows slight cracks, which tell the patina of a well-used design object without losing its character.
