A freestanding desk by Wilhelm Renz, crafted in the 1960s from warm teak. The distinctive legs flow smoothly into the tabletop, lending the piece a sculptural serenity. Integrated shelves at the back are ideal when the desk is positioned in the center of a room. To the left are three spacious drawers, and to the right, a lockable compartment with a key provides storage for documents. Clearly proportioned, understated, and elegant. Sanded and oiled, with subtle signs of age. The surface displays a fresh, natural depth. A functional example of German mid-century design that combines practicality and material quality.
