Product details
This oval wall frame from the late 19th century showcases Art Nouveau in its narrative, nature-inspired form. A hunting scene unfolds in delicate openwork and high relief: running dogs, a deer in the lower field, above it an animal head, framed by ivy and foliage. Two metal tones, warm gilded and dark silver with a slight blue tint, emphasize the depth and rhythm of movement. Originally, an insert was intended, such as a plaque, a mirror, or a measuring instrument. A small object with a grand presence.
