This small spherical vase made of Limoges porcelain by Camille Tharaud appears as a tranquil object between Art Nouveau and early Modernism. A nuanced off-white beige carries a decoration of stylized fern leaves that grow upwards in warm brown and hazelnut tones. A dark peacock green provides a precise finish at the short, slightly raised neck. Stamped Tharaud France Limoges on the underside, along with fine incised production marks. A piece from the 1930s, understated and very present.
