Product details
This small studio pottery vase features a Sang-de-boeuf glaze that transitions from deep red into grey and celadon hues. The form is slender and ovoid, with a short neck and a flat lip. In the upper section, gently twisted, vertical ribs structure the surface and subtly catch the light. Likely created between 1950 and 1970, with an Asian aesthetic and in the spirit of French studio ceramics. The body is remarkably fine, with thin and precisely crafted walls.
