Product details
This soliflore Murano vase from the 1950s to 1960s combines Venetian glassblowing artistry with a clear, sculptural silhouette. Filigrana, also known as Zanfirico, embeds red and colorless threads into the glass, creating delicate lines in the light. The bulbous body leads into a long, narrow neck with a slightly flared, jagged rim. Two twisted snake handles, hot-applied, reference the historical motif of "vetri a serpenti" while appearing surprisingly modern.
