With the Tulip Table, Eero Saarinen liberated the room from the "slum of legs": a central, sculptural pedestal supports the round tabletop as if cast from a single mold. This vintage example from Knoll International showcases the pedestal concept with quiet consistency: a black, matte marble surface, a monochromatic appearance, and a 120 cm diameter. The soft silhouette lends the table a light appearance and creates a sense of clarity around it. A mid-century design from 1957, manufactured by Knoll since 1958 – this table is in very good condition. Ideal for dining rooms, studios, or meetings with a focused, minimalist atmosphere.
