Product details
This hand-carved rosewood table screen brings the quiet presence of a collector's item into the room. Created in China or Indochina in the 19th century, it combines nature motifs with symbolism: a tree trunk on a rock, delicate branches and leaves, and a crane as a good luck charm. Above it, a large round medallion with a sun and clouds. The execution is detailed yet understated. On a sideboard, console, or desk, the piece acts like a small relief that arranges light and guides the eye.
