The Ilumesa by Verner Panton is a lamp and side table in one. Two cylinders of plastic and acrylic, placed one above the other, form a serene Space Age object that organizes the space without dominating it. The light is diffused and appears soft and warm. The design dates from the late 1960s; this particular piece is from the Innovation Randers production starting in 2003, identifiable by the socket adapted for 40 W. Cream white, generously proportioned, in excellent condition.
