An early Space Age statement: the “Throw-Away” sofa by Willie Landels for Zanotta. 100% polyurethane block instead of a wooden frame – a radical idea from the late 1960s, light, comfortable, movable. This piece has been re-upholstered in yellow faux leather; the color scheme references the original production. The core remains structurally flawless, the shape clear and graphic. The original Zanotta covers are preserved under the seat and cushions. Near mint condition; one foot differs from the others, without affecting stability. A concise splash of color with design history.
