English tea culture, translated into silver. This handcrafted teapot in solid sterling silver features a melon-shaped baluster body, a floral frieze on the shoulder, and a domed lid with ribbed ornamentation. The long, curved spout is precisely crafted; the ebonized wooden handle sits comfortably in the hand. Partially gilt interior. Clear London hallmarks on the underside: Lion Passant, Leopard's Head, Date Letter "S," and Maker's Mark "HA." Late 19th to early 20th century – between Victorian and Edwardian. A distinctive piece for the table or display case.
