The Panton Classic shows how radically Verner Panton thought about design. From an idea in the late 1950s, Vitra created a chair that made design history as the first full-plastic chair made from a single piece. The cantilevered silhouette is sculptural yet suitable for everyday use. The organic lines support a relaxed sitting posture, and the material yields slightly. This particular piece has been freshly repainted in RAL 9006 White Aluminum and is in very good condition.
