The Swan Chair was created in 1958 as part of the legendary interior design of the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen. Its seat shell completely avoids straight lines and instead follows a flowing, organic form, which gave the model its name. Arne Jacobsen set a milestone in Scandinavian post-war modernism with it. This example with blue fabric upholstery is in very good condition and is a fitting example for the category lounge chairs.
