Product details
Cantilever chair S 411 in black, manufactured under Thonet license and deeply rooted in the Bauhaus tradition. The chrome-plated tubular steel adds lightness to the clean silhouette, while the black faux leather upholstery provides a calm contrast. The armchair likely dates from the 1950s to 1960s in the former Czechoslovakia. Its vintage condition is honest and well-maintained. Small tears in the upholstery and reworked drill holes in the tubular steel tell a story of use and preservation. An objective, present piece with an architectural stance.

- Material: Chrome-plated tubular steel, faux leather; Color: Black and Chrome
- Dimensions: approx. 70 x 58 x 80 cm, seat height at front approx. 45 cm
- Condition: Beautiful vintage condition. Chrome frame with age-appropriate signs of wear and scratches, overall very well preserved. Upholstery with minor tears, otherwise well preserved. Completely disassembled, cleaned, drill holes repaired and screws replaced
- Origin: Former Czechoslovakia, likely 1950s to 1960s
- Special features: Additional, older drill holes on both sides of the tubular steel, see photos. Two armchairs available
