Javier Mariscal's Hilton serving cart emerged from the Memphis Milano movement, that radical departure in the early 1980s that brought color, irony, and dynamism to interiors. Its slightly inclined silhouette and recessed glass surfaces appear like a frozen motion sequence. It's a functional piece of furniture that also takes a stance. Lacquered metal meets tempered glass, clear and graphic, with the typical Memphis lightness. The cart is in good to very good condition, with a small chip on one glass edge.
