Large bowl made of Bohemian alexandrite/neodymium glass, crafted in the 1960s by Skrdlovice. The glass reacts to light: in daylight it appears lilac to rosé, while under cool artificial light it displays violet to light blue tones. The form is clean, with soft edges and a palpable weight – a serene accent on a sideboard or table. Handcrafted with the dense feel of heavy studio glasswork. Measuring 35 x 15 cm, it appears elongated and balanced; its 9 cm height adds presence without being bulky. The weight of 1.4 kg underscores its quality.
