A shelf that embodies Swiss functionalism. In 1964, Andreas Christen designed this aluminum bookshelf for Lehni, first exhibited at the Expo in Lausanne. The clear anodized surfaces meet at precise edges; light in expression, stable in use. The open structure organizes books and objects without being obtrusive. This vintage shelf in clear anodized aluminum is in very good condition with light signs of wear. A classic of modern furniture that is understated and calmly structures rooms. The price is per piece; two are available.
