Large modernist vase made of black glazed art ceramic, probably created in a European studio between the 1950s and 1970s. Its elongated oval shape appears both serene and striking. The interplay of deep metallic black glaze and relief surfaces, reminiscent of mosaic or stained glass, is particularly noteworthy. Red, cool blue, delicate yellow, and subtle green nuances create architectural accents. An expressive collector's item with clear sculptural quality.
