The Type 602 wardrobe from Deutsche Werkstätten Hellerau embodies Franz Ehrlich's precise objectivity. Ash in natural matte highlights the calm grain; the proportioned front and flush edges refer to Bauhaus functionality. Inside, a clothes rail; outside, pull-out rods for temporary hanging – thoughtfully designed for everyday use, understated in appearance. The high-quality craftsmanship feels solid without being cumbersome. A piece of Mid-Century from the GDR, refurbished and in very good original condition with minor, age-appropriate traces of use.
