A candlestick holder made of clear pressed glass, created approximately 1930 to 1950. The twisted stem appears light and precise, while the hexagonal base provides stability and poise. Its silhouette evokes a late Neoclassical feel, as seen in French and Central European glassware from the interwar period. In candlelight, subtle reflections are created in its edges and facets. A tranquil object for the dining table, sideboard, or bathroom that allows for patina without losing its clarity.
