Gastone Rinaldi's "Egg Chair" perfectly captures the formal clarity of the 70s. The half-egg-shaped seat shell made of transversely processed, chrome-plated wire appears light and sculptural at the same time. The cantilevered tubular steel frame adds a soft, flowing line.
