A set that makes the Eames idea of variable seating tangible: four Fiberglass Side Chairs DSW with vintage shells in Seafoam, Navy Blue, Ochre Light, and Ochre Dark. The fine fiber structure, the gently rounded seat shell, and Vitra's dark maple base form a harmonious blend of material honesty and comfort. Introduced in 1950, the design still demonstrates today how industrial material can adopt a posture. Its origin lies in the 1948 MoMA competition, further developed in fiberglass for the series. Good, well-maintained condition. The price refers to the set of four; other bases are available upon request.
