Product details
A gobe-mouche from around 1900. Mouth-blown, French utility glass, which today acts like a still life object. The spherical shape sits on three applied feet, slightly irregular, as is typical for handmade items. The piece functions as decoration through transparency and proportion. On a windowsill, on a shelf, or between ceramics and books, it provides a tranquil accent. The slightly rosé-colored glass stopper is not original but fits the character of the object harmoniously.
