Eero Saarinen's Tulip side table is one of the most defining designs of the Pedestal Collection, which he created for Knoll International starting in 1957. The single, organically shaped foot made of cast aluminum supports a circular top made of black marble with a diameter of 41 centimeters. The surface has been newly sealed, and the piece is in good to very good condition. As a representative of Mid-Century Modern design, this side table remains a timeless statement next to a sofa or armchair.
