Armchair from the 8000 series by Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen for Magnus Olesen. A Danish design from the 1980s that combines constructive clarity with soft contours. The characteristic round backrest and seat give the chair a calm, almost sculptural presence. The light beech wood meets a newly upholstered seat in matte old rose. This creates a subtle contrast between rigor and softness. The design is also precisely thought out in terms of functionality: stackable, light in expression and stable in execution.
