The Barbara armchair by Branko Uršić for Stol Kamnik was created in Yugoslavia in the 1970s. A cylindrical solid wood frame supports a freely stretched leather upholstery; the straps are looped over horizontal crossbars and designed for tension. The result is calm, functional and sculptural - Yugoslavian Modernism with a Brutalist touch that doesn't hide its construction. Natural patina, low seat height, clear proportions. In good vintage condition with age-appropriate traces: scratches on the wood, slight darkening on the upper leather, discolorations on the leg ends. Dimensions: 67 x 66 x 66 cm, seat height 29 cm.
