Product details
The Barbara armchair by Branko Uršić for Stol Kamnik was created in Yugoslavia in the 1970s. A cylindrical solid wood frame supports a freely stretched leather seat; the straps are looped over horizontal crossbars and tensioned. The result is serene, functional, and sculptural – Yugoslav modernism with a Brutalist influence that doesn't conceal its construction. Natural patina, low seat height, clear proportions. In good vintage condition with age-related wear: scratches on the wood, slight darkening of the upper leather, discoloration at the base. Dimensions: 67 x 66 x 66 cm, seat height 29 cm.
