A pair of classic cufflinks in a distinctive octagonal shape. Fine mother-of-pearl on top, shimmering warmly depending on the light. The frame and mechanism are made of solid, hallmarked 925 silver. The surface shows a slight, honest patina – typical of vintage silver and polishable if desired. The swivel-back mechanism moves smoothly and reliably, the 925 hallmark is clearly visible. Likely 1960s–1970s. A Mid-Century detail for formal shirt cuffs. Understated, precise, with substance. The proportions are balanced, the edges carefully chamfered.
