The Reisser coffee table by Ulysses Müller for Ulyssimo, Zurich, plays with scale and everyday objects. A thumbtack becomes furniture. Designed in 1989, its form remains clear and precise to this day. Chromed steel provides a cool, reflective surface that captures space and light. With its low height, the table almost reads as an object, yet remains functional. Signs of wear are present and fit with the materiality. A piece of Swiss design with a slight space-age touch, calm and present.
