The J39 is one of the most well-known designs by Børge Mogensen and was created in 1947 during his time as head of the development department at FDB Møbler. Clear lines, a thoughtful weave and the use of solid oak show the influence of Shaker furniture and his mentor Kaare Klint. This set of six wooden chairs is in good, age-appropriate vintage condition.
