This set of four ladder-back chairs was designed by Mitsumasa Sugasawa for Tendo, combining Japanese precision with a restrained, graphic presence. The tall, rung-like backrest gives the chairs a clear verticality, while the gently curved form provides comfortable support. The dark wood frame and lighter seats create a calm contrast. An ensemble for dining areas, conference rooms, or places where function and posture are equally important.
